Top Rankings & AI Visibility for Bulk Superfood Supplier

The Challenge
The client came to us to build a website based on mockups designed by another agency.
The site was built but since the original design was very much a “brochure-style” site visually and structurally, we needed to rework core pages to ensure they could be assets for SEO and attract rankings and organic traffic. This began in October 2024.
The Approach
We reworked the design and content of core pages, and started creating foundational blog content to support their supply offerings. Once we had covered these foundational bases, we started to expand our blog content production to build topical authority which has been successful over time.
Alongside well optimised core pages, this approach may have also helped us improve our positions for key commercial terms, which we now rank for in the top 3 positions.
A part of this topical authority strategy involved creating a series of comparison articles comparing their superfood powder to other more widely known superfood and superfruit powders used by manufacturers in industries such as food and beverages, supplements and more.
This has allowed us to rank for terms related to those superfruit and superfood powders and capture this traffic, while comparing them to the client’s superfood powder and its benefits for manufacturers.
We continue to publish content for topical authority purposes and visibility growth, and now we’ve moved into influencing sources cited by AI search platforms/LLMs and creating content on external authority sites to be used as sources.
Brochure Site Remodel: Reworked static mockups into structured SEO layouts containing transactional content and semantic keyword structures.
Comparison Article Funnel: Published "vs" content targeting high-volume competitor superfoods, directly highlighting the client’s raw powder benefits.
Topical Authority Scale: Expanded blog production after launching foundational pages, scaling domain trust to rank commercial terms.
AI Search Platform Citations: Moving into influencing LLMs by seeding structured external authoritative sources to drive AI citations.
The Results
We’ve successfully improved ranking for key commercial terms, and overall visibility for the brand, as well as a steady stream of qualified leads.
Sitewide organic search performance generated a strong visibility curve, achieving an average ranking position of 7.6.
Monthly organic users expanded from 600 (May 2025) to 2,016 (May 2026), peaking at 2,276 users/month.
Comparison "vs" articles established high B2B authority, driving commercial search query clicks at a dominant position.

Google Analytics 4 Organic Users Chart (May 2024 – May 2026): Demonstrates the visual trajectory of traffic scaling. Organic traffic rose from a baseline of 435 users/month to a peak of 2,276 users/month in April 2026. May 2026 maintained a mature state of 2,016 users (a +236% YoY growth from 600 in May 2025).
